Hi Ed,

Wondering if you would be so kind as to give an overview of City's current transfer activity. please I.e. who they are after, how likely the deals are etc.

I know they've just signed Gundogan but am interested in what else they are looking to do ?

{Ed002's Note - Tom - The primary targets are Gundogan, Laporte, Aubameyang, Pogba, Sane, Kroos, Coric, Ederson and Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Wildcards: John Stones, James Rodriguez and Alex Sandro.

Wildcard: If the right money were offered to the club, then Barcelona would be open to selling Messi - and if the package were good enough, the player would consider any offers. The difficulties include his tax issues and the vast amounts of money involved.

There is interest in Koke, Thiago Alcantara, Weigl, West Ham's Reece Oxford, Rico Henry, Lemar, Marquinhos, Amadou Diawara and Mo Dahoud but none are seen as any sort of priority but they could turn to them if others cannot be recruited.

There may be residual interest in Cresswell, Barkley and Bellarabi.

Riechedly Bazoer has been watched more than once and of interest but like Ilicic, Guerreiro, Upamecano, Nagatomo, Calhanoglu, Mbappe, Maksimovic, Nainggolan, Gabriel Jesus, Zivkovic, Matuidi, Cancelo, ter Stegen, Neves, Semedo, Pjanic, Kolasinac, Salazar, Depoitre, Muller, Suarez, Tore, Bailly, Hazard, Isco, Andre Gomes, Paul Georges Ntep, Moussa Dembele, Pulisic, Rusnak, Cheikh N’Doye, Granit Xhaka, Ousmane Dembele, Boufal and Bonnuci nothing will or nothing is likely to happen.}
