Of all the times to jump ship Harry in the last 30 years I cannot understand why you’ve done it now. Liverpool are on the cusp of greatness. Closer than we’ve been since 1990 and rather than enjoy that you decide to switch teams?
I could understand it if it was in 2011 with Hodgson in charge and looking like we’d never win another game. But now?

Llorente’s goal was 100% a goal. I don’t even see why it went to VAR. even if it did slightly brush the hairs of his arm he got no advantage from it and would’ve scored anyway. He arm was tight against his body and any deflection off his arm (if there was one) did not alter the direction of the ball at all.
You’re clutching at straws if you’re trying to say you were robbed by a handball. It was nowhere near a handball.
The most ludicrous thing was it needed the ref to watch it 20 times to give it.

I disagree Harry. VAR saw everything spot on last night in both games and the correct decisions were given.
The problem for me is that it’s at the expense of the game itself.
Where is football without spontaneous jubilation? Or even that gut wrenching pain when it’s against you?
Without that rush as the ball hits the back of the net?
We are now in a position where you can’t celebrate until the VAR check has been done which can take minutes to happen. Then you are celebrating a blown whistle rather than a rippling net.
It’s not football for me. Give me wrong decisions and excitement all day over what I saw last night. In both games VAR destroyed what football is all about.
