Based on what’s reported City are describing 14/20 vote threshold as tyranny of the majority, questioning the fair market valuation methodology and complaining that there’s discrimination against Gulf owned clubs. They are also complaining about the unfairness of the Premier League allowing unfettered growth in the past and drawing attention to Premier League’s conflicts of interest.

It all sounds a bit desperate to me if the reports are true. Not the actions of a club that thinks it’s clear of wrongdoing.
